Pokhara is natural capital city of Nepal as we can see Himalayas from every corner. There are Lakes, waterfall, caves, various view point and many more… Pokhara is 200km away from Kathmandu. We can drive there, it will take about 7-8 hours by land to reach Pokhara. We flow river and we can see the green hill and linear settlement in the highway. By flight, it is only 25 minutes.
Sarangkot is a view point near Pokhara. It is good to go there before the sun rises to see the sunrise and after the sunrise in Himalayas the view is beautiful. We will take vehicle to go to Sarangkot.
Begnas Lake is around 13 km and it will take like 30 minute from Pokhara. It is less crowed than Fewa Lake. Boating would be nice in the Begnas Lake. Water in Fewa Lake is more clear than Fewa Lake.
Peace Padoga is on other side of Fewa lake, we can go boating and start walking for one and half hour we reach Peace Padoga. Or we can drive near by Stupa and walk for 20 minute to reach Peace Pagoda.
The greatest Hindus Temple in the world is Pashupatinath. It is believed when the dead body is cremated here. The soul goes in Heaven where there is peace. So, everyday you can see cremation on the bank of Bagmati river.
Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Patan Durbar Square is old king palaces where you will be able to see ancient temples and monuments. Both the palaces are worth visiting.
Changu Narayan is oldest temple in Nepal. It lies in the hill station in Bhaktapur. Here Bishnu is worshipped. The temple is colourful and is renovated recently.
Boudhanath is stupa, it is biggest stupa in Nepal. Here are more than 50 monasteries. Mostly Tibetan people stay here. So, it is called little Tibet.
