Performing Yoga on the nature while we are trekking and touring is best. We get fresh air, the view changes everyday. Hatha Yoga helps to develop the physical body also helps to make to strength the inter organs of body too. Whereas Raj Yoga helps to gain inner peace of soul and brings more happiness. So, we could combine both Yoga.
It is good to do 7 days course in one of the ashram of Brahma Kumaris/Om shanti situated near by the place you stay, you will get clear idea of God and know yourself as a soul, in the mean time we can do other activities, especially do tours and hike around Kathmandu valley. After that you can join regular mediation class. We can then go for trek and tour out of Kathmandu valley. Once you finish this course, You can do meditation back at home too. Meditation has to be done regular in life.
